!!!UO:KRクライアントで選択できるようになった顔と髪型
顔については新クライアントになって選択できるようになったものです。新クライアントでキャラクターを作成すれば、顔を選択できます。旧クライアントのキャラクターは無条件で「顔1」になる模様です。
このページは画像だらけなので、回線が細い方は非常に苛々しているかもしれません。その点はあらかじめお詫びいたします・・。
新クライアントでキャラクターを作成すると、10パターンの中から顔を選択できるようになりました(旧クライアントのキャラクターは無条件で「顔1」です)。
ゲームを始めた後だと、顔の変更は「キャラクター顔変更コード」を別途購入しなければ出来ないことになっていました。これは10周年記念特別限定版の「ゲームタイム100＋」に付属していたもので、このコードを適用すると、キャラクター作成時は選べない10パターンが追加で選べるようになっていました(キャラクター作成時は選べません)。
以下の一覧で、全身が出ているパターンが、そうした追加パターンで、顔だけでなく全身(下着も)のパターンが変わるものになっています。しかし、まあ、この追加パターンが微妙なものが多く(実際に下を見てみてください)、あまり購買意欲を誘わなかったのでしょうか、現在は追加パターンも含めて誰でも無料で街にいるNPC「body sculptor」に頼んで顔が変更可能になっています。
髪型の方は旧クライアントと同じものなので、見た目の違いだけです。

・・あ、以下のサンプルの肌や髪の色を見て「訳わかんない配色するんじゃない！」と思われた方がいるでしょうか？ 気持ちは良く分かるのですが、UOのエルフの基本カラーは これです。もう少し控えめな色が無いではないのですが、最も一般的な配色・・となると、こんなあたりになってしまうのです。伝統的な「エルフ」とはイメージが違うかもしれませんが、そこはそれ。慣れていただくしかないかもしれません・・。

髪型はヒューマンのものとは別が多くなっています。きちんと訳されていないものもまだありますが。「Long Feather」は女性と違って羽根が見えなくなっちゃいました。「ショートヘアー」と「マレット」はイマイチ違いが分かりません。ちなみに「Long Braid」の「Braid」は「編んだ髪」です。「Spiked」はそのまんま「ツンツン頭」って奴ですね。
